These Terms govern your use of Trend Rider ("the Service"), operated from India. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Trend Rider analyses short-form content trends in your niche and generates suggested reel scripts, captions, and hashtags. All output is a suggestion for you to review, edit, and use at your discretion. We do not guarantee any particular reach, views, sales, or results.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, hateful, or misleading content, to impersonate others, or to violate the terms of any platform you post to (including Instagram, YouTube, and X). You are responsible for the content you publish.

3. Accounts & plans

Free plans include a weekly usage limit. Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly and may be cancelled anytime; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Intellectual property

You own the content you create from the Service's suggestions. The Service's software, branding, and underlying systems remain ours.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior month.
