Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Trend Rider to earn its keep. This policy explains cancellations and refunds for paid plans (Pro and Agency).
1. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your customer portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.
2. Refunds
If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 daysof a charge and we'll refund that payment in full, no questions asked. After 7 days, charges for the current period are non-refundable, but you can still cancel future renewals.
3. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (via Razorpay or Stripe) and typically appear within 5–7 business days.
4. Request a refund
Email hello@trend.aiskillhub.info with your account email and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.
